Maybe it's on combination with ICOM Next ?
Have heard that's not working smoothly at the moment. Would be happy if someone give us suitable answer.

Displaying and reopening old Service Cases. Due to the update of the vehicle master data it is not possible to reopen or resume Service Cases created with ISTA 3.54 or lower. ICOM Next: Vehicle test not possible for DME in old series. A vehicle test of the DME is not possible in old series. DME must be deselected for a vehicle test in old series. Please use the ICOM as a workaround.
