    My ISTA-P is saying that it is "unable to select a session management" after trying to create New session

Do you use an icom?

Firewall off? Antivirus off? try to select manual ISTA/P Server...

I've had the same problem , clean install plus all vredist and frameworks helped...

It's not icom fault but ISTA bad install
