Ask for remote (teamviewer) support, it would be much easier and faster for you to let someone help you that way....

here the solution to share knowledge with people not expert like me
firstly for wrong VO(car actually F07 and read as F02) I use e-sys to return the car to default VO then I do Flexray initialization and success
after that I do modification on castrolconfig file in ista p I increase ram from 265MB to 512MB
then I sta p work fine to me (before show that all control need replace)
I program DME and CAS smoothly finished after that car working fine.
