I read upa dash Matiz. You have to cut Vcc, to read and write need external power supply.

Thanks Dash_Burner, your work helped a lot, but i have to specify something else , as i had the same problem and played around, reading through forums, this mcu with the original upa of elrasoft should read at 4000 khz oscillator , but with the clone one you must read it with 4194 khz, and by the way, the info of lifting the pin 8-9-10 of mcu from the board was right after that connecting the 5v of pin 9 of upa
