It isn't possible, there is another GSM-Chip inside US Unit.
In Europe only GSM is working, non 3G 4G! |

VAG Tech seller of Vag Can Pro is selling a script from us to eu of radio tuner. No soldering needed, no opening needed all over obd2.
But what I have seen, for 150-200 Euro they only will do this remotely, like over Teamviewer. So I think this is a one time script. If my answer helped to fix anything, then don't forget to give me some rep please!
