Change everything to EU in green menu,also change some offsets are neccassary for the right language …

Hello! Can any wiser people step in and give some instructions finally? Many people say its so easy but nobody told how to do it.
I need to do US to EU conversion for MMI 3G+ unit (radio has been done before by someone else). I understand that I need VCP for that and some kind of special file for VCP to modify coding of 5F module? Or just login and write coding manually somehow? Will the chinese VCP replicas do this job? There are 5.5.1 version on sale (latest is 8.something). |

You are simply instaling file which shows languages in mmi settings one they havent show up after region (4xEU) change
