EDC16 DTC OFF tutorial need
Hello, I'm looking for a tutorial to disable manually DTC on EDC16, i already do it on other ecu, but i'd like to learn also with edc16. I know there are free sw or free service to do that, but i want learn to do it myself. Anyone would explain how to do?

Hello, sorry for my english...this is two example for erase dtc in ecu edc16. simply compare different files to find addresses starting table dtc and switches write them in the boxes of the excel file already set up with the exact formula to enter the address of the DTC found by search in hex, and the result will be the address to be reset for dtc off. PASS in PM

The formula is always the same for all edc16 with offset variations and dividers for c39 c31 c34 etc. etc. it takes so much study and many tests of calculations looking at the file in 2d. It starts from the bit length of the dtc switch area and from there once the parameters found for each type of ECU, the calculation is always the same.
