You must convert the dtc hex in decimal for search in the file

I have sometimes seen this fail to correctly identify the correct switches, and the latest version won't start on my Win7 64.

Take 0.61 Version (not for XP), it should start, sometimes need some time.
And when you find errors why don't you write an email? so it gets fixed... It's opensource and made by me, no problem to fix that problems. Better than cry around in a forum :P
