Need help Navigation activation
Hello,
I got a Problem with my cic mid. I updated the cic to 2015 maps, and my cic is bricked because i got the 8gb Version. So i bought a New used one at ebay. Now i need to activate the Navigation Function, because the were greyed out. Bmw gave me my Stock certificates and fsc But i cannot load IT into my "New cic" with ista/p Ista Show me that the Codes Are ok, But He didnt write IT to the cic. Just gave me an error without Information why He dont Do that. Has someone an idea what i can Do? Fstools and Dr gini also gave me an error, and I cannot figure IT out why. The bricked cic is from End 2009 The New used one is from 02/2010 (also 8gb Version) Car is an e91 18d End 2009 |

First you have to remove old fsc and then import new fsc.

Or give me some help, new ideas something. pls  I want to sell the car but without Navigation Function i wont find a buyer  I have tried with Dr. Gini, with this Tool i can read all FSC's i think. On Addr 63 APP 45/47/1B i can read the FSC's, and Certs but i cannot update/upgrade them. Everytime it gaves an error back. also tried with a FTP Connection to the CIC but didnt know wich files to delete or exchange. |

Try FSTOOL or CIC Mafia to read and restore the certs and fscs.

CIC Mafia is locked, because used over 50 Times... and i dont know a solution to reset it
Today i virginized the CIC with the generalPersistencyData_DiagnosticSWTController File here from the Forum. Checked and rewirte VIN Then i have tried with Dr. Gini to insert the REP FSCs and certs 1b and 45 went succesfully but on 47 i still became an error, and i didnt noticed it (Carserver 10803?)  Also tried with FSTOOLS no success on 47... did read the hole FSTOOLS thread but there wasnt a solution for me. |

No need to import 47. Is the navi function now working or does it ask for you to enter a fsc?
Is there a valid map installed? MGU virgin and patching in Europa.
