Hello,

Need professional advise in tool buying. I own Icom A2, Ak90, FGtech galletto V54. Now I want to start to make keys for cas systems. Is it better to buy FVDI+Xprog m+R270? Or is it better to buy BWM mutlitool+Xprog m+R270? Or is it better to buy VVDI2+Xprog m+R270?
Only difference between bmw multitool and FVDI i can see that BMW multitool can write/read EGS isn number from cas. What do you think? Im only working with bmw.

Best tool is Autohex2 with hitag programmer.

Auto hex is good tool ,but BEST TOOL?? hmmm there is no rule if you want to work everything then you will need everything
first off all he ask about keys, so if you want to work with cas system i think you very good know if you kill cas you will have great sex
so smok jtag programmer is good for cas 1 2 3 3+ , cas 4 (50-50%) cas 4+ kill
autohex only work cas 1 2 3 3+
best programmer is mdpxep100 work cas4+ perfect
but when you read you will also need key programmer, so think about it

Maybe for me best tool because i can program any ecu and code it very easily
as for keys i did not do any cas4 still but with the help of autohex2 and my brains i am able to restore about 50 damaged cas that other devices damaged while making key.

as for cas4 yes mdpxep100 is the best .and with autohex2 you can make key from dump .
alos with the use of your brains you can make all lost key for any cas3 or cas3+
very easy.

i think the best tool is my brain and autohex 2.

pleas inlite me how autohex 2 is clone i would like to know, just for my info.

i have been in this business for about 25 years , and spend alot of mony buying all the tools , because they help alot.
as for jtag yes it is the best for cas that you mentioned , but after i got autohex2 i do not use it anymore. this is my experiance .

I told autohex2 is clone??? please read it better? i told to him he write all clone tool and he want to work with bmw cas system, also i told autohex 2 is good tool but not best,
FVDI+Xprog m+R270 again read his tool which he write, = maybe he do not have your brain to fix when he kill with this tool, read carefull , most secured programmer if he want to read cas is mdp, also if he want to program key he will need key programmer = maybe autohex
ALSO I WRITE THIS BUT YOUR BRAIN MAYBE DIDNT MEMORISE THIS (hmmm there is no rule if you want to work everything then you will need everything) this is not discussion about autohex he ask about opinion for key programming, so i write autohex is not the best, IF IS A BEST OF BEST THEN NEED TO WORK CAS 4 4+ maskset 1N35H and 5M48H, WHY DO NOT WORK ??? SO I TOLD HIM HE WILL NEED EVERYTHING IF HE WANT TO MESS WITH CAS SYSTEM...
and i will enjoy to see how will you repair when you kill 1n35h or 5m48h
maybe i have smok , mdp, autohex and everything original from market and i know what i tolking about...

No brother do not get me wrong, i respect all opinion, but bmw is not for playing, everytime he will need just to invest invest and invest, autohex is good power tool,( you told he will not need any other tool) but this job for him is better to forget if he do not atend to invest, autohex for newer example F series is useless if he do not have other programmer, so mainly comes to the conclusion for bmw key programming he will need lot of money
