Have here a CIC was flashed and has broken down. The address 63 and 62 has status 12 and I tried to comfort mode, Expert mode, as well as V41 and V58 but it always stops. I can bootloader flashing and the data in the Expert mode. But if I the program Flashe it goes up to 100% and then it takes 5 minutes and an error comes with NG signature error.

Perhaps someone knows with Tool32 very well and knows the Binary Buffer to the NG signature delete or renew.

Or someone has a dump for the ID is recorded 63 and 62 and know in which chips of the dump.

What are you using for flashing? ICOM or OPPS?

I have managed to save CICs that have had bad flashes with ICOM and state 12.

I use ICOM A + B
And it had already tried 10 times.

Do you have original Icom or fucked china ??


I tried 20 times with china icom

and only one and all ok with original.

It is an original ICOM.

When you was flashing this was the cic completely together or dvd drive removed etc?

I had one cic before it was giving signature error without dvd drive connected tried lots of times as soon as the dvd drive was connected it came back to life after flashing

What year if is your cic on the unit date?

The CIC I have openly and without DVD drive tries to Flashen.Es is not installed in the vehicle but on a workbench. And comes with a charger supplied with voltage of 14V

So what does Programming state 12 and 15 mean?

I recently attempted to flash an M5 SMG module with WinKFP (not using ICOM), bricked it (Security Access Error), then attempted to have ISTA/P correct it. ISTA/P first said it was State 15, and tried to recover. Error at the end of it, and it was programming state 12 after that. Had to replace with used module. Will try to recover with ICOM.

Try with dvd put back on with everything connected
