RE: Citroen dispatch 2.0 hdi non starter
Engin rpm when you start mus be 200 and more!
At the start attempt can be sealed from the EGR tube (a metal tube diameter of about 30-40mm) and unhook physically EGR valve on the back of the engine - plug-6pin If my post was helpful, please take the time to click THANKS and REP. button

RE: Citroen dispatch 2.0 hdi non starter
Right I have found the egr valve back of the engine by the turbo it has a big pipe with one of them silly clips that don't like to be undone (factory fitted type) and a small thin pipe coming from it I can not see a 6 pin plug anywhere near it or any electrics going to it the engine rpm is over 200 its turning around 360 rpm now
I have taken photos of the egr I think its a bit different to what you are talking about as I cant see any wires ? photos of the egr and bits I don't think I can get the fat pipe off I could take off the egr from the bottom of the engine to try that if you think that would help? |

RE: Citroen dispatch 2.0 hdi non starter
Had a look through some tech sheets and it says not to mix class 1 and class 2 injectors now the ones that we in the van are class 2 the ones I know are OK are class 1 so I put them all back to the ones that were in it and it just cranks I then replaced the 2 class 1S into the two rhs cylinders then it cranks and try to start so am I right in guessing that it may be the injectors and is there any way of testing them at home (done resistance test with multimeter)
