I am just able to read the eeprom over digiprog. May I post it here as a screenshot?
second question would be changing the hexa code to change milage. |

Obviously your Digi won't connect with your PC to upload the file, so need a screenshot of from 0080-00f0.
Include the original mileage and desired mileage, and Miles or Km. Make sure to save a copy of the original. If someone took the time to help you, the least you can do is take a few seconds and press two buttons!

To be honest i dont remember the exact km. Something about 28.000 km.
or do you need the exact one? then i have to connect it to my r6. this will take a while since i have to dig it out of me garage |

Mate...you're dragging this out forever....Just read the eeprom.....post screenshots of the locations he already alluded to...we can read the hex by eye...and tell you what to change it to...we can also tell you what the original mileage was just by looking at it....

actual km should be around 28 000 new milage should be 18 000 background history is a replacement of the dash because me old one war faulty i tried to find a hex to ascii converter where i am able manually type in the hex code and edit it over ascii |

You don't edit it over ascii, you edit it with a hex editor like this one:
