and lights works all the time. I read eeprom 95128 it's enough? or must read and mcu?

Why did this happen?

I do not know who worked first...He came to me with this problem..I suspect bsi problem, car no crank "its dead" I checked the whole installation and all ok

Did you killed with FVDI? What is the IMMO status?

If you rewrite the key, the car should start...if there is everything ok.
After that you should check whether the BSI is it in boot mode and that cause wipers and lights on.

What is the IMMO status.Read errors BSI, check whether it is possible to add the key.
