now i am stuck with ford vcm clone that is not working at all
it can't do recover and can't do update.
i have 2 computers
1 ford vcm 98.01 with clone that is working good
2 mazda 92.4 working good
and i also have another vcm ii clone with a problem
when i connect the vcm 2 with the problem
mazda don't recognise it at all.
the ford 98 sometimes shows the number in ford vci maneger and says that vcm2, needs update, but when i try to do update, there is a massage: can't connect to vci
any help please

Thank you for the information i will open the vcm ii and check
i formated the sd card and tried to install several ids softwares and i dident secceed to update or recover the vcm ii
