I recive one of this tool "VVDI KEY TOOL" and I see I have old software 2.0.6 and I try to make update on 2.3.9 and I see take 25 minute of progres until try to made update and I see not make the update at 2.3.9, remain at the same version 2.0.6, need to record may serial nr. in some online server ?

I see writhe inside in the tool in "UPDATE"" need to conntact my supply dealer for activate update function !

Can you help me to activate update function ?
