You must be careful here. The Chinese often bundle low quality tools together like this to shift them off the shelf. Their best quality tools are usually the more expensive tools on the site. If you see 2 or 3 versions of the same tool at different prices you should buy the more expensive one. Because of the cost to you if a reflashing tool fails while you are using it on a car, you would be well advised to buy an EU clone. For this check out the threads of CP2010, Fazooley or Bimmeristi.
If you buy Chinese I would suggest you try Steven at xcar360. He is a member here and a sponsor, so you have a line of contact, and it will be in his interests to try and keep you happy, same as the EU suppliers I have recommended here.

The EU Galetto is a very good tool, also EU MPPS v.21, Kess v2 and Ktag tools should be considered.
