If you have a genuine VCM Rotunda then you have to have no worries
You can upgrade.
Take care even genuine tools can be damaged when you upgrade the firmwear

I installed ids v86. Started software, but this he don't accepts vcm. vcm is ok, not bloked. thanck

I don't know what patch is shared here but there's two kind of activations.
One for Fly and one for VCM II and HQ clone
Even you have a VCM in its normal case you may have a Fly one.
So if you wanna know for sure what kind of tool do you have and if you wanna know what version of atch you have to use then share here pics with your toll PCBs and I will tell you what kind of tools you have
Then you'll know the right way to instAll and patch the softwear
I have two kind of tools . A HQ clone and VCM II one . Bth if item are working with IDS v86.04

As i see you do not follow me well
I said the PCB not how it is look like outside
Never mind if you cannot share item then I have nothing to do for you more (many chinese clones looks as genuine tool but only outside but inside it is not - by the way only for your information a HQ clone that is 1:1 as genuine one its at least 350USD no less in chinese market )
As an advise use it in the same port or check the IP before running
The tool must be plugged to the car and to the USB to be able to work with it

What do you mean update for v86?
There's v87, v88, v89, and v90
But th lastest version that you have good patch/activation and it is really working it is v86
But maybe I missed something

Yes your are right V86 is latest with good working patch, thats why i want updates for it.
i believe V86.1 till V86.4 does exist.

Yes the last Modul Programming is v86.04
What do you expect mate, this is only Modul progrmaming and it is out of date now
You can install the IDS v86 and use the all known modul programming patch to extent and activate the modul programming

V86.01-86.04 is a real program update and absolutely no calibration files included.
the module programming extending patch is way old.
My request was not searching for anyone to wish me luck, but just a simple link to the updates.
