I need to schedule a mini r60, I can use the icom I A2 with the NCS program to program the car expert or necessary kdcan cable?

Though I don't work on Minis I don't see any reason why Icom should not work as long as the car is supported by Ediabas. And R60 certainly is.

Run "easyconnect" to link icom then NCS.
