There is QNX6 filesystem, you need qnx RTOS to read it, newer than 6.2.1 which is available on net. Maybe if you are very good you can do it under linux with some additional modules, but you get only read-only access to this drive. Best way will be add this drive to any CIC you will find and connect via network port (usb) - ftp and move what you need. Unfortunately Map files are used, so you are not able to rewrite it.

Thanks jararak !!! that was my big issue, to replace the maps. I`ve connected via USBto CIC, to activate the Navi, but still didn`t found a way to update maps. I`ve tried to upload them directly into maps directory on CIC, but not working....
