I don't have any other languages, so don't ask.

Will post a utility to merge istapackage updates in a few days.

Yup, empty folder. You can just open existing Reg fix with notepad and change "DataVersion" and "DataVersion_en-GB." Or directly in registry.

Me too, looks like nobody has the German DB. English is also fine but sometimes a bit difficult in case of some technical terms.
