Did you say you write .rar file to ecu or did you unzip it first ? I am assuming you unzipped it first.
Your ecu is no good Griff, if it was any good car would start. Griff I dont think this is going to help you much, but here is your modfile with immo off and csok  I think If I understand correctly, you have copied the OTP addresses from new ecu flash file, and written them over the old ecu flash file so you can write to ecu with galletto  that should work if the ecu is ok.
