Unfortunately it is not an old firmware. This messages is normally releated to a wrong license.
Try to use Istap Loader 4.9 or a valid license. |

Use Ista P Loader 4.9 can not detect the ICOM NEXT A.
It should be the lack of a valid license. |

With ISTA-P Loader 4.9 a license is not needed. Simply start the loader and then ISTA-P with the Icon in the loader.
