I did not run 3.56 only 3.55 before!

Whats the content of your C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts file ? and does it by any chance have "bmwgroup" in it, if yes remove it.

I had bmwgroup in my hosts file... I have removed it and restarted... but same error ;-(

reboot (ok u did), and post a screenshot of your error. The fact you had that in your hosts file is most likely the cause and why BB88 said to reboot although i added it and without rebooting, ISTA complained and gave me this message box error:
"Failed to start ISTA. Please make sure your ISTA configuration is valid. In doubt reset any non standard ISTA configuration and reinstall ISTA."

Re-check your hosts file to make sure it doesn't have that keyword, in theory it should have no entries.

That new security check was added in 3.56.31. It's the only thing that can be causing the error in your log.

I did only comment out the lines with bmwgroup....not good enough as you showed it cannot be there.

you got it, it can NOT be there even if it was on a line that you commented out ... so you have to "erase" it from the file, I guess it works now ? give thanks to the OP of this thread too, because he showed me some things that allowed me to help you
