Delete/uninstall old version and unpack the new version (the installation notes are included into the download).

Ista-p works ok
but ista-d does not work shows a mistake at start
I have windows 7 x64 (ibm lenovox201)
and I did everything according to instructions, even reinstalled wondows 7 and did it all over again but it still does not work
screen
where is the problem?
