Just like to see I you or anyone you know having problem w windows 10 , or 8.1 , the only way I seem to be able to get the version to work or either system both x64 systems is to run istagui as admin , as well no luck w programming measures either but stil playing with it please advise much thanks.

I have dss error message. It is about sqlitedbs. I have done it as it was in the previous versions. unpacked files in rheingold, sqlitedbs. Why do I have that error?
