Two comments:
I didn't delete the files in the download directory after the install just to be safe. The online BMW Launcher does delete them. I might enable this at some point if everyone feels its safe to do. When the offline Launcher runs, it will evaluate which files in the downloads directory it should install based on information in the XML file and the installed versions. You should not need to decide which files will be installed, all the logic is built in to make the appropriate decision. Email: [email protected] Skype: [email protected]

Maybe stupid question, but have you actually put xml and istapackage files into C:\Temp\ISTA_Store\Downloads?
Second guess: pshoey said that it detects actual versions, so maybe you already updated the data with previous version and this version has nothing to do. |

Yes the files are in directory since i did update with v1.0.2.0 on version on ista d 4.0.21, then extracted new version of ista d 4.0.22 into C: drive deleted old version folder of rheingold tried to load again sdp packages into new ista d and it doesent work anymore.

I think because you installed with 4.01.21 and then deleted the files, there are registry entries recording the version that was installed and that is now out of step.
Using regedit, delete the key LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\BMWGroup\ISPI\ISTA\SWIData and then rerun the launcher console. Email: [email protected] Skype: [email protected]
