This post is about standalone version of this software. No launcher needed. Extract using WinRAR or similar and there you go.

There is no en-EN, that locale does not exist. en-GB is the British English language database (en-US is the American English database).

Then copy my originals files from the ISTA Toughbook 4.01.21 and place them into the sql folder from the downloaded package into C\Rheingold\SQLliteDbs but get the databse message when i start ista.
