Tucson 2.0crdi 2009 year start and stop engine no errors
I have big problem with this car..start and stop engine for 2 sec...after many times start and stop car start and not work throttle actuator..tested on connector have 12v on pin 3,not have 5v pin 1..ecu EDC16c39 hw:0281015443 sw:1037395837 maybe any have original flash file or have same problem...change camshaft and crankshaft sensor all same...change 2 IC from ECU and nothing.

If you does not have 5V - so first mission find out where it gone. It is very important for any engine ECU. It is hardware problem - wiring, power supply, engine ECU.

Yes..i know it for other car and ecu...tucson have first time and not sure what is problem,.maybe ECU,wirgin is ok...if have original flash file for test maybe???

Not familiar with that car, but disconnect all sensors that use the 5V reference one at a time to see if it comes back. Any one of them could be shorted. The exceptions will be IAT and ECT, they will not affect 5V reference.
If someone took the time to help you, the least you can do is take a few seconds and press two buttons!

Tested ECU on bench withouth any sensors and pin for throttle not have 5v,change IC in ECU and same,change other IC for power supply in ECU and same...not sure for flash file in ECU,maybe is damaged.
