How do you have all languages and not have all necessary files at the same times?

I don't have a clue. It used to be only 4 and the others were grayed out. That's why it says can't connect to database or whatever.

When you say that you have all languages, are you talking about entries in Registry, actual files with SQLiteDB's folder, or under ISTA+ settings (eg, ability to select all languages under "Client Settings" tab or languages listed under "Version" tab)?

I have all launuages under ISTA settings. Guys I really need help with this. Its been more than 2 months and I still haven't sorted it out. I need use ISTA for diagnose. I don't know where to start.
ISTA gets connected with the car but only display "unknown" errors and can't call up any unit.

If I delete SQLiteDB's, then I can re-launch and select any language, but I will get an error when re-opening if I select anything except British English.

I do not understand how you can select any language and not have corresponding SQliteDB's. What is unknown errors?

I can obtain connection with the car. ISTA seems to work normal but when diagnose all modules I get "list of faults: unknown". I'll attach screenshots later.
I've got unzipped EN, DE, RU, OTHERS in SqLiteDB's. As I said before it worked just fine until I started playing with newer version of ISTA. It might be to deal with windows registry but not too sure.

Just solved same issue. My problem was that i kept ISTA D on external HDD but when moved to C: the problem dissapeared
