I got an Mercedes Comand APS (Becker BE 7095) which hangs on Mercedes Benz logo.

Can someone tell me how to solve it? Is it SW or HW fault?

Do you know more details? Maybe you know which part is the MOST controller? I guess it will be a fault from a missing or faulty voltage.
Still have the APS here but no solution yet.

Do you can make Software Upgrade with Star diagnose?
Because i have make that for my customer and after all work,but when anything in most system you can test it with stardiag.
