Here is ISTA 4.02.14 Standalone version.

You will need updated databases (version 4.02.12) - as of the time of this posting not, all database updates have been posted.

UPDATE: Replaced config file with new version - included in Standalone file and listed serparately for those who have already got the main archive.

EDIT2: This version requires an update to the Visual C++ Runtime - now requires VC runtime 2015 (32 bit).

Run with ISTA-P loader

Would be interested in German (or English) sqlite db's as well.
Starting from scratch - getting the right db's is a pain.

use your old files from 4.01 and use editor to change version inside files and works well .

You need a complete set of SQLiteDB's. You can grab the new Diag and use older files for the rest from 4.01.36. A complete English set will look something like this:



If just running diagnostics, you can use included Psdzfiles part of standalone archive; you do not even need a full set of lite.
