i have autocom 100251,software delphi 2013 R1,i want to update firmware with new software autocom 2013 R3,but is impossible too do it.i do not knew way?

The light turns red when is updating. Please check it. If not try it with another usb port or pc. good luck!

Hello people, i have a question. How long does a firmware update for the Autocom 2013 release 3? Did it have to make two hours and it's not much happens.
Can anyone tell me on which pins on the obd plug the 12 volt lie?
