Hi, I've bumped into a problem with ISTA-P. I am using a K+DCan Usb cable.
Rheingold works the charm.
I have managed to get ISTA-P program up but it doesn't want to recognize the Car although I think it sees the emulator and maybe the K/D cable..
I am trying to code a BMW e46 320d 2000 M47 136hp.
I have followed the pdf guide to the letter, the only thing I didn't manage to achieve is the update of the driver (windows 7 x64), after update the cable isn't properly recognized... no idea why I must have done something wrong (manual update)... so I stayed with the old driver that works ok, Rheingold is still working!

Does anyone have any suggestions?

NetWorkTool properly installed and settings of IP is ok ?

I think so, called USB in network adapter settings with IP : 169.254.0.8 subnet 255.255.0.0

Ediabas.ini :
RemoteHost = 192.168.68.40
Port = 6801


OBD.INI
to com1 with cable settings in com1 (configuration like you say in the pdf...)

I finally installed BMW standard tools 2.12, then reinstalled Ediabas 7.2 patched and it is working, set OBD.ini to com1 and it is finally working, don't ask me why... But it is working

I'm using Windows 7 x64 if it can be any help to anyone!

Thanks for Rheingold and Ista-P Spider80!!! Should help me out a lot, got a e39 abs module to switch and a e46 Maf to recode!

If anyone knows of a good tutorial for ISTA-P virgins it would be greatly appreciated!
