There are Durametric clones, but most run a very old version of the software, and if you try to update it, it bricks the interface. My advice would be don't waste your money. If you are serious about it, build yourself a Piwis2 clone.

Hummm I don't know how make my own piwi 2 clone. You don't know where I can get it good price directly ?

There are disk images for PIWIS2. You can get the interface from some of the advertisers on this forum (OBD Resource, XCar360, etc).
