It seems you need to drag/drop each xml file from the packages you installed, it will be added in the list, then you can generate your ISPI licence... Isn't it ?

This license maker is old so will not work with official ista launcher or ISTA 4.xx.

But you should be able to create license for latest ISTA/P & ICOM A2/ICOM NEXT firmware (using modified version - v1.2).

Scroll down a bit and you should start seeing names and versions of packages like this:

IF you see this, then its a good chance licenses are valid and you can go ahead and install/run ISTA/ISTA-P.

Provided you have the proper configuration aswell. Otherwise nothing will work as it should.

I need more information. Are we talking ISTA/P here? What version? Did you install with .msi (original installers) or are you trying to start a standalone version with your license?

If you are using standard installer version. Go to:

C:\ProgramData\BMW\ISPI\logs\TRIC\ISTA-P

And upload here the most recent .log that has the text "TrayAppLogs" in it.
