Did you following instruction to use Tool32?

Nope. install tool32 or drive around I am afraid

Can take to 1h to 2h driving usually.

Were you prompted to enter a code, did the system told you a new version is available?

If not then you may have the wrong map. Go to NAvigation > Option button, scroll all the way down > Version...make sure the map you have is Motion and not Move for example...

Did you copy content of folder at the root of your USB key and not the folder itsel?
Make sure key works, do you see light (If LED equipped)?
Put some MP3 on it, make sure radio can read music

Yes I copy the content of folder in root of USB.
Maybe the usb does not work. I'll try it with mp3 and some usb with a lamp.
