HI i got the same problem at a 435 alpina, at that car the headlight was faulty. the plastic from the connector inside the headlight was broken the modul get not fully contact. the modul where fitted with the 2 screws outside the headlight and the connector inside was millimeters away from the ecu. sorry for the bad english. hope you can understand what i mean. if not feel free to ask me.

Hi, makes sense, but for me its both headlights also my friend has the same problem with both headlights. For now Im looking for second hand FRM3 module |

Finally solved !
So that was not a cheap fix, since headlights got some moisture inside my both TMS modules partly broke down and furthermore they effected FRM3 module which was not dead but did not function properly. To fix fault 800FC8 Lin bus I had to replace 2xTMS headlight modules and FRM3 (second hand but exactly same part no) also some coding. FRM3 worked without changing vin but some adjustments were needed to make it work properly. |

800fc8 ,800fc9 lin bus no comunication to tms left and right problem solved, replaced the frm3 a used one ,just make sure you get the exact seime serial number thans one your original frm thanks ChaF10
