I am not sure only with OLD method, because I find it this one also under xentry connect with original KEY!!

checking license and verified by hardware ( system license inside system license on xentry ) That why Get Fatal problem

I know you are master of Star Solution. We are all using your tool to begin with. Can you please elaborate how it is resolved. I successfully resolve on win7x32 and win7x64. But it was by tweaking the cal, jar and SDConnect toolkit.
You are right about checking license and hardware verification.

I resolve Kwork issue without com.daimler.xentry.diagservice_1.6.0.201610241646.jar. I renamed it and use the 09/2016 2221-45 fix. (slightly modified). Running error free.
