A friend of mine is using a KDcan cable with Rheingold 4.02.14.

If he has to switch of the ignition Rheingold will not recognize it. Is there a tool or something else to realize a clamp-changing?

I for myself use an Icom and due to this I've no problem and no solution for this (never used a KDCan cable).

Dcan never seen any voltages, voltages are shown only with icom

That's clear and the same I wrote. The question is how can he show Rheingold a clamp change or how can he simulate it? Is there a tool which can do it (I mean there should be one for ISTA-P if you are using an emulator).

BB88 developed tools for both ISTA+ and ISTA-P.
ISTA+: Voltage Control. Last release I saw was for 4.01.22.
ISTA-P: ISTA-P Loader. 6.1F ICOM voltage control added (hotkey - ctrl+shift+k). Prior releases always show static readings for me.

Yeah, that's what I was looking for. I forgot the name of this tool (seems that I'm too old, Alzheimer is coming) and searched for battery but not for voltage. Thanks for your help!!!

Ok. Så before programming a module, it is best that I downgrade ista, so it will recognize when I need to switch off ignition?

ISTA-P Loader is not specific to main program version.
ISTA+ Voltage Control is specific to program version.

But ista loader doesn't help with, that the car doesn't recognize me pulling out the ignition key
