First...is there anyone who worked on same project or similar?

Peugeot 307 2.0HDI 100kw, big intercooler + hybrid turbo (gt20) . Siemens injectors.

Car now have 2.9 turbo pressure in file, and target (measured), and 75mg/stroke injections.

On dyno have 178hp, 412nM, we cant get more, i dont know why. We channged sensor of pressure(thats first problem of all, now can measure up to 3.5bar), than intake pipe, nothing change on dyno at all. If injection is higher smoke is HUH!!! cant see anything around car

Can anyone say what is problem, why car cant get more HP. If anyone can make tested file. Say price, and make it.

(Same turbo gt20, on audi a3 2.0 bkd, i got on dyno 218HP with stock ic, injectors..., only turbo upgrade, but this peugeot cant go more that 178hp)

The remap is for OBD or open ecu?

for obd remap. why?
