Hi guys, someone has run ISTA-D on a 32 bit computer.
Have everything installed nevertheless I get error:

Failed to start ISTA.
Please make sure your ISTA configuration is valid
In doubt reset any non standard ISTA configuration and reinsatll ISTA.

You need to install Microsoft Visual C++ redistributables. At least 2015 version and possibly 2013 as well. Links you can find somewhere in this forum or in easily in google.

All necessary software is installed and Windows 7 is freshly installed. Just have no more idea

This message tells you, that NOT ALL necessary software is installed. You need to have Visual C++ runtimes and .NET framework. Something is clearly missing on your computer. Are you sure you installed both 2013 and 2015 runtimes? They are not interchangeable and each have multiple versions as well (which happen to be not interchangeable between themselves as well).
