No trackers, no exhange between users

Strange, i have see now and i upload tonmany users 2MB allways, i have upload more than 300gb for this torrent, i think i'm the only uploader

When trying to start Xentry it says:

No access authorisation code! You must contact the User Help Desk.

Can I do something about this?

For some reason DAS is working while Xentry not.
Attached is a capture of my StarKeyCenter where I noticed that the Xentry Diagnosis key is valid.
Can anyone help me with this?
