I think you try to install under WIN 10 64Bit.
Righ click in launcher -> Properties -> Compatibility...and choice WIN 7 and add Administrator privilege level.

Dear leon5f:

Already installed postsetup after registered by enter "Hardware ID.Name.and Key".then re-start ODIS-E,but get error-"Error reading about license files.....the license is invalid".So how to fix it?thx
