2006 BMW 330 xi cant add key with FVDI
I was tying to program additional key with my FVDI
received error like this: Cannot Disable Security, Please Turn off ignition and try again .
i tried like 7 times no success .
week ago i tried to do it on 2008 BMW 323i and it was 5 min job .
is that mean FVDI can program cas3 with no problem but its impossible to program cas2?
is there any solution for that ?

Will BMW Multi Tool handle this task
or is it not worth to spend almost $1000 for it ?
I cant afford now to buy BMW AutoHex II

yes multi tool is fine to do this..but maybe better to buy vvdi bmw for same price and you have updates constantly..multi tool will not recive any more updates 7.7last one

Hello, I'm getting this same error. Have you disconnected the battery to get around this error? If so, what is the timing of disconnecting the battery?

I'm stuck, and would very much like to know the specifics of getting around this error.
