Must I put the .zip in the directory, or unpack it and put it in the directory?

This is kinda sidetracking but anyways
There is a program called "Universal Extractor"
Download Universal Extractor (current version is 1.6.1) program, install
Download ISTA_D (any version) exe/msi
Use "Universal Extractor" menu(via left click on program) or a program it-self to extract ... and you will see where what files goes to.....
simple
You can use "Universal Extractor" for other programs as well, hint for a future

You just need to install vc_redist.x86 and vc_redist.x64 , then this message will dissappear .
