I would installed ISTA P and it's not possible. Hardware Check closed installation...
Then I buy a new Laptop with Quad-Core and think always be good. But it's not so... sad

I can't install this version and download from the link here.

What's now the matter to correct install? I'm confused...

Have all the prerequisites installed? All .net frameworks vpiredist90.exe and vcredist.exe's installed? And what's your download issue?
