Win 7 pro 64 bit SP1 reinstallation
KB 3032929
KB 2921916
Odis 3.10 installed with License (Audi) and launcher from this forum
First program start key query OK
next start launcher crashed
The same also with Odis 3.13
Who can help ?

Admin rights on the PC
Firewall disabled
Launcher started as administrator

How did you install KB 3032929?I downloaded it from microsoft.but waiting for one night from "Searching for updates on this computer".KB 2921916 installed ok.same OS Win7 ultimate 64bit SP1.thx

Just download it directly from microsoft webpage and then run it from file in the system. For me it does not scanning anything just installed, do not use windows update option.

it depends on how old the windows 7 is , if it old 2010 version , they will not install without a windows update , that in its self bring trouble as it can hang for a life time , there is a KB Fix for that also but i cant remember name of it

best is to install a later version windows 7 with IE9 included, then install VCRedist files, and netframework 4.6.1 and try install the KB Files.

just installing netframework 4.6.1 should allow you to install 1 of the files ,then reboot and try install the other .
