If you cannot use the software from ross-tech then your Tool was blacklisted, Revoked or its mot a Genuine one
Chinese softwares will not works with your Tool
Show us some pics from inside both sides of Pcb

I can use Version 14.10 but if I update it will be locked i think.

As I said if its a genuine tool it will not be blocked
Share the pics and I will tell you if you have a genuine tool or just a usually clone that you call it genuine

Why would original tool get locked? there is no any anual fee to rosstech?

Rosstech have free updates for original tools, so I guess this one is a clone/fake..!

If you have original cable then download from Ross-Tech.
I have a HEX/CAN original cable for over 10 years. Always perfect.
