Only way desolder chip 29f400BB and write direct file , be sure ecu fit nice in box and will start 100%

how do you mean bricked?by opening or boot mode? myne is comunicate thru Vida softwere normaly there is no strange dtcs present except cem-ecm comunication but I didnt tuch the eprom part..Is immo related in flash also on this one?

No immo off available for volvo as far as I know. You can try resync cem, but you need tb28f400 cem and ecu eeprom to resync, but I don't think you will get working ecu after all that. After opening ecu, sometimes some resistors stops to work or just falls from ecu due to aging or microchips legs falls down due to the smallest vibration and it's very hard to notice that. How I said, many ecu's I have broke due to their aging after opening metal cover. You can try write other eeprom, and if car doesn't starts and immediately stops, you can start search new ecu.
